In written sources it was mentioned as an estate in 1749, in Brest voivodeship, Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

From 1795 it was a part of the Russian Empire, Kobryn district, Slonim, from 1797 Lithuanian, from 1801 Grodno province. In 1812 on Napoleon's map, Korsunie was marked as a village and estate:

In 1858 the village, manor in Pierkowicze parish, Kobryn district, Grodno province. There were 187 revision souls (state villagers) in the village within the Korsunts estate. In the Korsunts estate, which belonged to Kazimir Jagmin - 444 revision souls. In 1890 the village of Korsunie, the center of the village community, had 379 dessiatinas of land, of which 233 were suitable. During the Great Patriotic War 15 inhabitants of the village died, 14 on the front. Since 1959 in Perwomajsk village council, Drohichyn district, there were 216 inhabitants. In 1970 in Antopol village council, 137 yards and 363 inhabitants. There is an elementary school, there is a Russian cemetery of World War I soldiers.
