The village is mentioned in written sources in 1546, in the description of the borders of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Polish Crown, as a village in the Kobryn district, Brest province, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, belonging to the nobility. From 1791, it was part of the Kobryn district, Brest province.

Since 1795, it has been part of the Russian Empire, in the Kobryn County of Slonim, since 1797 in Lithuania, and since 1801 in the Grodno Province.

In 1858, the village was in the Antopol gmina, Kobryn district, the center of the rural community, with a population of 158 revisors (state peasants). In the RGIA archive, F. 1341 Op. 114 D. 1013, there is a mention of our village, dated May 27, 1865:

In 1890, the village was part of the Opipowicze rural community in the Antopol parish. In 1905, it had 353 inhabitants.

From 1921 to 1939, it was part of Poland, in the Antopol gmina, Polesie Voivodeship. In 1921, there were 29 households and 188 inhabitants, and in the 1930s, there were already 73 households.

Since 1923, it has been part of the Belarus SSR. In 1940-59, it was located in the Antopol District, Brest Region. In 1940, the village was part of the Osipowicze Village Council and had a population of 322.

During the Great Patriotic War, four residents died and did not return from the front. Since 1959, it has been part of the Drohiczyn District, Pierwomajsk Village Council, with a population of 178. In 1970, there were 269 residents in the Antopol village council, and in 1995, there were 72 households and 110 residents.
