In 1858 it was a village, the center of the village community in Ziolowo parish, Kobryn district, Grodno province. Within the Tretiaki estate of the landlord Osuchowski, there were 142 revision souls (state villagers). In 1890 the community had 352 tithes of land, 113 were usable. In 1905 there were 292 inhabitants.

From 1921 to 1939 as part of Poland. Ziolow gmina, Kobryn district. In 1921 there were 30 courtyards and 175 inhabitants, 174 were Orthodox. In 1930 there were 41 courtyards. The village is on the WIG map:

From 15 January 1940 in the BSSR, Antopol district, Brest region. From 12 October 1940 in Detkowicze village council, 263 inhabitants. During the Great Patriotic War 13 fellow countrymen died, 12 at the front. Since 8 August 1959 in Drohiczyn district. The village is on the Red Army map:

In 1960 the village had 243 yards, in 1970 – 196 inhabitants, in 1995 – 47 yards and 87 inhabitants.
