In 1522 there is a mention of Prince Fedor Ivanovich Yaroslavich of Pinsk to the Cathedral of St. Dmitry in Pinsk (tribute and payments from the "Bolince"). In 1555 it was mentioned in the letter of Queen Bona Sforza to Matej Vojtechovich as a village in the Pinsk starostvo.
