<p>Written sources mention it in 1793 as a tract of land within the boundaries of the Chomsk County, Brest Voivodeship, Grand Duchy of Lithuania.</p>
<p>From 1795, it was part of the Russian Empire, in the Kobryn County, Slonim, from 1797 in the Lithuanian, and from 1801 in the Grodno Province. Villages on Schubert's map from 1826-1840:</p>

<p>In 1890, the Temra farmstead was part of the estate of landowner Andrej Lukianienko. Forest Temra belonged to Anna Timofejewa, in the Ziolow volost, Kobryn district. In the "Geographical Dictionary of the Kingdom of Poland and Other Slavic Countries, Volume XII" for 1892, our Temra is mentioned:</p>

A tract of land in the Kobryn district, Ziolow commune, 30 versts from Kobryn, there is a shingle factory.
</blockquote>
<p>On the RGIA website, F. 596 Op. 6 D. 60, extreme dates: 1895, there is a mention of our village in the document:</p>
<blockquote>
Petrograd-Tula Land Bank. On the issuance of a loan for 61 8/12 years to peasant A. P. Kaminski against the pledge of a plot of land from the Temra estate in the Kobryn district of the Grodno province.
</blockquote>
<p>In the "Geographical Dictionary of the Kingdom of Poland and Other Slavic Countries, Volume XV, Part 2," for 1902, there is also a description of Temra:</p>
<blockquote>
A farmstead and forest tract in the Kobryn district. The farmstead belongs to the Sukacze estate. The tract is owned by the Timofejewicz family.
</blockquote>
<p>There is also a second entry about Temra Luka. Perhaps this is another name for our Temra, or perhaps it is another village, like Stara and Nowa Temra.</p>
<blockquote>
Temra Luka - village, Kobryn district, Ilosk municipality, owned by the Szyrajew family. 1,016 dessiatines of land (618 forest, 331 unused).
</blockquote>
<p>In 1905, the village of Temra Stara had 151 inhabitants, and the two Temra farms had 13 and 9 inhabitants.</p>
<p>From 1921 to 1939, it was part of Poland. In 1921, the village of Temra, the Temra farmstead, and the Grateki farmstead had a total of 24 households and 162 residents, of whom 153 were Orthodox Christians. In 1930, there were 11 houses in the village of Nowa Temra. The village on the Polish WIG map:</p>

<p>Since 1939, it has been part of the Belarus SSR. Since January 15, 1940, it has been in the Antopol District, Brest Region. Since October 12, 1940, it has been in the Detkowicze Village Council, with 68 inhabitants. The village on the Red Army map:</p>

<p>During the Great Patriotic War, three residents of the village were killed, two died on the front lines. Since August 8, 1959, part of the Drohiczyn District, 91 residents. In 1970, 117 residents; in 1995, 22 households and 36 residents.</p>
