<p>Юзеф Фишер родился в 1840 году в Хомске в еврейской семье.</p>
<p>Точно неизвестно, когда его семья переехала в Краков. В зрелом возрасте он стал владельцем типографии, был певцом и менялой. Много лет служил канцлером в синагоге реформистского храма в Кракове на улице Мед. Также преподавал пение. Умер в 1914 году в Кракове.</p>
